About AdahTude 

I'm Adah, the creator of AdahTude Designs. If you haven't already guessed, the name AdahTude originated from a play on words of my name and attitude. The concept of AdahTude.com was motivated by wanting a space to create and inspire others through sharing my interests, designs and creations.

I grew up watching my mom sew on her powder blue Singer sewing machine. At a young age, I started coming up with ideas I wanted her to make for me. I wanted clothes for my stuffed animals and dolls which developed into clothing ideas for myself. My mom and I created patterns together and I helped with small tasks throughout the production. I was honestly always a little hesitant to use the machine. I didn't want to mess up any of the key steps in making the items. It wasn't until I was 18 that I really dove into sewing unaccompanied. Being at home most of 2020, I had extra time to put towards my hobbies and develop new ones. Sewing on my own expanded into designing original patterns. Since then, I never seem to be without an idea for another project.

I expect AdahTude.com will be ever evolving. I can't promise an exact blue print of how AdahTude will unfold in the future, but I can promise that it will continue to be an authentic reflection of myself.
